Frequently asked questions
What counts as a device?
Every enrolled device counts, online or offline. Billing uses the highest enrolled-device total observed during the UTC calendar month. Removing a retired device stops it counting after removal; Quick Support is the temporary, unenrolled endpoint flow.
Is pricing per technician?
A published monthly bracket based on enrolled device count, not technician seats. You can calculate and buy it without a sales call.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
